Week 3 | June 9-13 | Carnival
Fire up the popcorn machine and crank up the music because it’s time for the Tate’s Carnival 2008. Step right up and try your hand at the ring toss, stop by the face painting booth, make a pitch at the dunking booth, or maybe win a special prize at one of the game stations. These are just a few of the many activities awaiting you at the Tate’s Carnival.

Week 4 | June 16-20 | Back to the Future
Ready the time machine, punch in the coordinates, and hold on tight as we travel through time. Prepare to go where no campers have gone before. First stop -- the futuristic Gamma Quadrant - home to our Alien friend, Ned. Then we'll kick the quantum generator into overdrive as we journey through a continuum of famous decades. Each day will take us to new and exciting places, and by Friday, we will return to where it all began.

Week 5 | June 23-27 | Super Hero
“Faster than a speeding soccer ball. More powerful than a John Deere pulling a hay wagon. Able to leap tall insects in a single bound --- Look, up in the sky . . . It's a crow . . . It's a squirrel . . . It's Captain Camp Man!” Join us as we celebrate the super heroes of today and yesterday. Discover your own super hero powers as you compete in special camp games and activities.

Week 6 | June 30-July 3 | Pirates
Errrr matey - hoist me black and white flag and prepare to set sail as we voyage across the Tatesibbean. Adventure awaits us in every port where "X" marks the spot and buried treasure is within our reach. We'll have a swashbuckling good time and nobody has to walk the plank except for maybe an old counselor or two. Shiver me timbers!

Week 7 | July 7-11 | Olympic
The Olympic torch ignites and spirit fills the air as campers are assigned their team colors and take to the field. Activities will include opportunities for individual and team challenges through traditional and non traditional games as campers strive for Olympic gold. Sportsmanship and a positive attitude are essential qualities of the Tate's Olympian where participation is valued more than competition. Try hard, try your best and have fun!

Week 8 | July 14-18 | Christmas in July
Ho Ho Ho! Hang the stockings, decorate the tree, and gather around the campfire for some old fashioned Christmas Carols as we celebrate Christmas in July. Keep your eyes open for that greedy old Grinch of Tatesville who hangs in the shadows trying to spoil the fun. He won't steal our Christmas! We'll have ornament making, snowball fights, sled races, and maybe even a visit from the jolly old man from the North
Pole. "Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!"

Week 9 | July 21-25 | Harry Potter
Calling all young wizards! We're sending our imagination on vacation by spending the week honoring our good friend Harry Potter. Meet the magical sorting hat before venturing to the land of fiction where campers of all ages will enjoy dress up days, Hogwarts crafts, Quidditch games, and the Tate's Triwizard tournament. We'll meet you at Platform 9 3/4 for an early departure. Hedwig will be in touch soon with the specific time.

Week 10 | July 28-August 1 | Wild Water
Some things just shouldn't be changed . . . and this is one of them.
As is tradition, we are pleased to close out the summer with our ever
popular Wild Water Week! So, gather the squirters, stretch out the
water hose, soap up the slip n' slide, and crank up the swimming pools
because this week promises to be packed with wet and wild FUN. You
will feel the excitement all the way from your head to your wrinkled
toes.
